2. 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for all new subscriptions:

  • If you are not satisfied with OGForge within the first 7 days of your initial subscription, you may request a full refund.
  • This applies only to your first subscription payment.
  • To request a refund, contact us at support@ogforge.io within 7 days of your purchase.
  • Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method.

3. Subscription Renewals

For subscription renewals (after the first billing cycle):

  • No refunds are provided for renewal charges.
  • You can cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges.
  • Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period.
  • You will retain access to your paid plan until the end of the billing period.

4. Service Disruptions

If OGForge experiences significant service disruptions:

  • We will provide service credits or partial refunds for extended outages (more than 24 consecutive hours).
  • Refund amounts will be prorated based on the duration of the disruption.
  • Planned maintenance and minor interruptions do not qualify for refunds.
  • Credits will be automatically applied to your account.

5. Usage-Based Overages

For overage charges (API calls beyond your plan limit):

  • Overage charges are non-refundable as they represent actual usage of our service.
  • You can monitor your usage in real-time through your dashboard.
  • Consider upgrading to a higher plan to avoid overage charges.

6. Account Violations

Refunds will not be issued if:

  • Your account is suspended or terminated for violating our Terms of Service.
  • You engage in fraudulent activity or chargebacks.
  • You abuse our refund policy by repeatedly subscribing and requesting refunds.

7. How to Cancel Your Subscription

To cancel your subscription and prevent future charges:

  1. Log in to your dashboard at ogforge.io/dashboard
  2. Click on "Manage Billing" in the subscription section
  3. You will be redirected to our secure billing portal
  4. Select "Cancel subscription" and follow the prompts
  5. You will receive a confirmation email

Note: Canceling your subscription does not automatically issue a refund. You must request a refund within 7 days of your initial purchase to qualify for our money-back guarantee.

8. Refund Request Process

To request a refund under our 7-day money-back guarantee:

  2. Include your account email and reason for the refund request
  3. Our team will review your request within 1-2 business days
  4. If approved, refunds are processed within 5-10 business days
  5. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is processed

9. Downgrading Plans

If you want to reduce your subscription level:

  • Plan changes take effect at the next billing cycle.
  • No partial refunds are issued for downgrades.
  • You will retain access to your current plan until the end of the billing period.
  • Manage plan changes through your billing portal.

10. Free Plan

The free plan is available to all users:

  • 50 images per month at no cost
  • No credit card required
  • If you cancel a paid subscription, you will automatically revert to the free plan
  • Your API keys and usage history will be preserved

11. Chargebacks

We take chargebacks seriously:

  • Please contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank.
  • Most issues can be resolved quickly through our support team.
  • Accounts with fraudulent chargebacks will be permanently suspended.
  • Chargeback fees may be added to your account balance.
