OGForge provides an API for generating Open Graph (OG) images for websites and applications. Our service allows you to create social media preview images programmatically.

3. Account Registration

To use OGForge, you must:

• Provide a valid email address
• Be at least 18 years old or have parental consent
• Keep your API keys secure and confidential
• Be responsible for all activity under your account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use OGForge to:

• Generate illegal, harmful, or offensive content
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Spread misinformation or deceptive content
• Attempt to bypass rate limits or abuse the service
• Resell or redistribute the service without permission

5. Pricing and Payment

OGForge offers both free and paid plans:

• Free tier includes 50 images per month
• Paid plans are billed monthly
• Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice
• Refunds are subject to our Refund Policy (7-day money-back guarantee for first subscription only, no refunds for renewal charges)

6. API Usage Limits

Each plan has specific usage limits. If you exceed your plan limits:

• Additional requests may be charged at overage rates
• We may temporarily restrict your API access
• You can upgrade your plan at any time

7. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the content you create using OGForge. However, you grant us a limited license to process and cache your content for service delivery purposes.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for any damages resulting from service interruptions or downtime.

9. Limitation of Liability

OGForge is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms. You may cancel your account at any time through the dashboard.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
